Job summary

Commercial Metals Company in Fort Myers, FL is seeking entry-level team members to support our manufacturing and construction reinforcement operations. You will follow safety policies, operate tools, and help load materials while maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Training is provided to help you grow within a Fortune 500 company. Ideal candidates are prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, understand urgency in production, and collaborate with coworkers to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Exposed to high levels of concrete dust.
• Regularly wear protective attire, such as hard hats and steel-toe boots.
• Time management, must understand "urgency" of manufacturing
• Work with coworkers and supervisors in meeting production goals

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
• Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner
• Work in kilns, set up forms, and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks
