Job summary

ODW Logistics in Englewood, OH is hiring Reach Truck Operator and Order Pickers to accurately and efficiently complete the order fulfillment process. Responsibilities include material handling, operating reach trucks, case picking, and ensuring correct labeling and shipping of products.

Candidates should have forklift experience, be able to lift up to 35 pounds, and pass pre-employment checks. A High School diploma is preferred, warehouse systems experience (RF scanners/Voice) is a plus, and a

Qualifications

• Experience operating stand-up forklift, reach truck or Walkie-Rider.
• Capable of case picking and lifting up to 35 pounds repeatedly.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System and RF scanners/voice preferred.
• Team-oriented, safety-focused with strong productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck or similar equipment to move, stack and organize inventory.
• Perform case picking and order fulfillment with accuracy.
• Identify, verify and label products for shipping.
• Assist in loading and shipping as directed.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on the warehouse floor.

Now Hiring Reach Truck Operator and Order Pickers!

This position holds the responsibility for the accurate and efficient completion of the defined order fulfillment process, which may include material handling, equipment operation, transportation, selection, identification, verification, placement, staging, labeling, and shipping of required product as directed.

• Must have previous Stand-Up Forklift, Reach Truck or Walkie-Rider experience.
• Must be able to case pick and lift heavy objects repeatedly during the entire shift (up to 35 pounds)
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Warehouse management system experience, including RF scanners and/or Voice (Preferred).
• Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment dedicated to safety, customer satisfaction, and achievement of quality and productivity goals.
