Position: Forklift Operator (Open)

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate routine production machinery according to specifications.
2. Safely load, unload, move, stack, and stage raw materials using a forklift or other industrial equipment.
3. Perform routine activities to produce the required quality and quantity of materials within specifications and tolerances.
4. Measure finished parts with precision tools to ensure compliance with quality and cosmetic standards.
5. Maintain logs and records of units produced; report errors leading to rejected or discarded materials.
6. Inspect equipment before use, perform basic adjustments and maintenance.
7. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
8. Follow all safety regulations.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Typically requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills

• Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and implement job specifications for production machinery.
• Fundamental understanding of production equipment or the ability to learn quickly.
