Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate routine production machinery according to provided specifications.
2. Safely load, unload, move, stack, and stage raw materials using a forklift or other industrial equipment.
3. Perform routine activities to ensure the production of quality and quantity of materials within specifications and tolerances.
4. Measure finished parts with precision tools to ensure compliance with quality, function, and cosmetic standards.
5. Maintain logs and records of units produced; report errors leading to rejected or discarded material.
6. Inspect equipment before use, perform basic adjustments and maintenance.
7. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
8. Follow all safety regulations.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Typically holds a high school diploma (or equivalent) with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills

• Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
• Fundamental understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
