Forklift Operator Position

In this role, you will operate industrial forklifts to control the flow of raw and finished materials to and from the manufacturing lines, ensuring the production process is maximized. Your responsibilities include maintaining a steady supply of raw materials, safely removing finished products to prevent production delays, and organizing inventory for optimal efficiency.

The work environment is fast-paced, offering opportunities to develop expertise and improve error correction skills. Candidates should have a strong sense of safety and the ability to perform all tasks safely and proficiently, while focusing on delivering high-quality finished products.

We currently have positions open on our Night Shift, 4pm - 12am, Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate forklifts safely, adhering to company procedures and OSHA standards.
2. Maintain equipment through daily inspections and cleanliness.
3. Load and unload production lines and machines.
4. Transport and stack forms.
5. Inspect finished products for quality issues.
6. Package, label, and transport finished products.
7. Change forklift batteries.
8. Learn and perform other production-related duties as needed.

Education and Experience

• Preferred candidates have a minimum of 2 years of forklift driving experience, experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
