Position: Forklift Operator

Shift: 1st, Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p

Pay: $19/hour

Preferred Skills: Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse, General Labor, Forklift, Quality Control, Material Handler, Loader / Unloader, Equipment Operator, Reach truck, Dock Stocker.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience operating stand-up material handling equipment preferred; experience with Dock Stocker and Reach Truck required. Experience with other equipment such as Cherry Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience using a commercial WMS (e.g., Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP) preferred.

Role Purpose:

Our Forklift Operators move stock within the warehouse, load and unload shipments, and operate various types of forklifts and electric pallet jacks. The environment is team-oriented, fast-paced, and safety-focused. You will be an essential part of our operations, helping move products that people need and want.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or other equipment (80% of shift).
2. Prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy.
3. Maintain inventory records and reports.
4. Follow OSHA and MSDS standards.
5. Verify load accuracy and report variances.
6. Change equipment batteries or LP tanks as needed.
7. Keep equipment and facility clean and organized.
8. Assist with physical inventories.
9. Perform daily equipment inspections.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Forklift operator certificate or training within 30 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience required.
