Job summary

Custom Filters Direct is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator for 1st shift in Bloomsburg, PA. You will safely operate sit-down forklifts and move materials between warehouse, production, and shipping to keep operations flowing smoothly.

The position offers $18.00/hour starting pay with a $50 weekly attendance bonus and a potential 90-day increase to $19.00/hour based on performance and attendance. Overtime may be required, with weekly pay and benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Warehouse/manufacturing/shipping/material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to load/unload/material handling.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Forklift certification preferred; willing to complete training/certification.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and incoming/outgoing materials.
• Transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies to designated locations.
• Stage materials for production, warehouse, and shipping needs.
• Maintain safe and organized material storage areas.
• Perform daily forklift and equipment inspections.
• Report equipment issues, damage, or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with inventory movement and maintain accurate material placement.
• Support general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.
• Work closely with production, warehouse, shipping, and other team members to keep operations running efficiently.

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Custom Filters Direct is growing and looking for a dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our 1st Shift team in Bloomsburg, PA.

This position is ideal for someone with previous forklift experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. You will play an important role in keeping materials moving efficiently between warehouse, production, and shipping areas.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
• 90-Day Pay Increase: $19.00/hour following a successful performance and attendance evaluation
• $50 Weekly Attendance Bonus for completing the full scheduled 40-hour workweek with no absences, tardiness, or missed time
• Weekly Pay
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Overtime may be required based on business needs

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift required*
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience preferred
• Ability to safely load, unload, stack, stage, and transport materials
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Forklift certification preferred; qualified candidates must be willing to complete company-required training/certification

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of a physically active warehouse position, including:

• Frequently getting on and off forklift equipment throughout the shift
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout warehouse and production areas
• Handling and moving materials as required
• Working around active manufacturing and warehouse equipment
• Performing duties safely for the duration of the scheduled shift
