Job summary

Custom Filters Direct is seeking Automated Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts to operate state-of-the-art automated manufacturing equipment at our Bloomsburg, PA facility. You will load materials, run machines, perform setups, troubleshoot minor issues, and help ensure product quality while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with automated production equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

If you’re mechanically inclined, enjoy working with machinery, and take pride in producing quality products, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Operate, monitor, and adjust automated production equipment.
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.

Pay

$18.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience)

1st Shift

Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + overtime based on business needs

2nd Shift

Monday–Friday 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM + overtime based on business needs
