Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Equipment Operators (Forklift/Hi-Lo Reach Truck experience) in the New Castle, DE area. This temp-to-hire opportunity supports picking, orders and to push, pull, lift, stack or move product and materials. Available Shift: Mon-Fri 3:30 PM to 12am midnight

Responsibilities include operating powered industrial lift trucks, using handheld scanners, loading/unloading trailers, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse equipment operator experience.
• Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 500 lbs.
• Experience with loading/unloading trailers.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, Hi/Lo reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move products.
• Use handheld scanners with high accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Follow 7S program and keep a clean workspace.
• Support process excellence and quality policy.
• Work in hot or cold warehouse environments.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for long periods.
• Perform inbound receiving process.

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Equipment Operators (Forklift/Hi-Lo REACH TRUCK experience) in the New Castle, DE area.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with stable schedules for picking, orders and to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials.
Available Shift: Mon-Fri 3:30 PM to 12am midnight

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks: forklifts, electric pallet jacks and Hi/Lo Reach Trucks to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as required
• Adhere to the Client 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times
• Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Work in a hot or cold warehouse environment
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and sit or stand for long periods of time
• Perform inbound receiving process

Desired Background/Skills
