Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services in Lawrence, MA is hiring experienced Forklift Operators and Warehouse Leads for three shifts, including a 4-day weekend schedule in Lawrence, MA and Haverhill, MA.

In this role, you will safely operate forklifts, load and unload trucks, and manage inventory through RF scanners and WMS. You will lead daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate cycle counts, and uphold GMP, food safety, and OSHA standards in a cold storage environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or proven forklift operation experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cold storage environment.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

CoWorx is hiring experienced Forklift Operators and Warehouse Leads for ALL three shifts, including a 4-day weekend schedule in Lawrence, MA and Haverhill, MA!

Location:

Lawrence, Massachusetts

Responsibilities:

• Operating forklifts and powered pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments.
• Picking, staging, and preparing customer orders.
• Scanning inventory transactions using RF scanners and WMS systems.
• Performing inventory cycle counts and stock audits.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation.v
• Putting away materials and finished goods in designated warehouse locations.
• Supporting proper product rotation using FIFO and FEFO practices.
• Moving raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Validating shipping and receiving paperwork for accuracy.
• Identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Following GMP, food safety, and OSHA standards.
• Working closely with production, quality, and warehouse teams to support daily operations.
• Assisting with additional warehouse projects and responsibilities as needed.
• Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment in a cold storage environment.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, RF scanning, and WMS transactions.
• Ensure proper product rotation, traceability, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support customer and production demands.
• Support and guide warehouse team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Maintain OSHA, GMP, food safety, and company compliance standards.
• Partner with production and transportation teams to ensure efficient workflow and on-time fulfillment.
