Position: Second (2nd) Shift Forklift Operator

Shift: 7:30pm-7:30am, 3 days on/3 days off, Monday-Sunday, with $2.00 shift differential

Pay: $18.95 per hour

Incentives: Quarterly attendance and safety bonuses for full-time employees

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience operating stand-up, Very Narrow Aisle, forklift or Reach Truck equipment
• Experience with other material handling equipment (Order Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack) is a plus
• Experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP) preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other power equipment to move stock within the warehouse
• Load and unload shipments, prepare products for shipment, and maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards
• Perform equipment maintenance and inspections
• Assist with physical inventories and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Forklift operator certification or completion within 30 days of employment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six months warehouse and forklift operation experience preferred
