Job summary

Floor & Decor in Moreno Valley, CA seeks a General Labor to support housekeeping, quality control, and inventory tasks in the warehouse. You may operate a forklift and other equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and stage goods for shipment to stores.

You will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow OSHA standards. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to adapt to changing workloads.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of recent work experience.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Self-starter with excellent team skills.
• Ability to adapt to frequent workload changes.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, orderly warehouse and loading areas.
• Load and unload shipments safely from trailers and/or containers.
• Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas.
• Transport product to designated areas as directed.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment as scheduled.
• Follow detailed instructions for housekeeping or quality control needs.
• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently per prescribed methods.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on forklift or equipment daily.
