Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Forklift Mechanic to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts and heavy industrial equipment. You will work with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems, performing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.

The ideal candidate has welding experience and strong mechanical aptitude, with a valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Inspect forklifts, equipment, and operating systems to identify mechanical issues and necessary repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to established standards and manufacturer requirements.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical problems on forklifts and other industrial equipment.
• Service and repair scissor lifts, basket trucks, Bobcats, and other heavy equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and rigging equipment on a daily basis.
• Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed.
• Complete both simple and complex mechanical repairs.
• Provide technical assistance and support to less-experienced technicians when needed.
• Complete work orders and document repairs and maintenance performed.
