Qualifications

• Welding, fabrication, and equipment assembly experience.
• HVAC knowledge related to industrial equipment is a plus.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge and hands-on tool use.
• Ability to lift heavy loads safely and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on forklifts and heavy equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Repair and replace transmissions, diesel engines, brakes, suspensions, air brakes, and hydraulics.
• Welding, fabrication, tire service, and alignment tasks to restore functionality.
• Use hand and power tools to disassemble and reassemble machinery.
• Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and maintenance logs.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of industrial equipment, including forklifts, construction machinery, and farm machinery. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably, supporting our operational goals. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on forklifts, heavy equipment, and construction machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Repair and replace components such as transmissions, diesel engines, brakes, suspensions, air brakes, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct welding, fabrication, tire service, and alignment tasks to restore equipment functionality.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery accurately.
• Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and maintenance logs for all repairs performed.
• Collaborate with team members to diagnose complex issues involving excavators, cranes, OEM parts, and other industrial equipment.

Skills

• Proven experience with heavy equipment mechanics including forklifts, excavators, cranes, and construction machinery maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engine diagnostics and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with electrical systems diagnostics and automotive diagnostics tools.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex systems.
• Skilled in welding (including soldering), fabrication, and equipment assembly.
• Experience with HVAC systems related to industrial equipment is a plus.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools for repairs.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during maintenance procedures.
• Customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and support operational needs.
