Job summary

Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA in St. Albans, VT is seeking a Material Handler to move materials using forklift/handcart, verify and store inbound materials, and support production lines for continuous supply.

You will operate forklift safely, perform cycle counts, inspect materials, and collaborate with warehouse and manufacturing teams. Applicants should have a high school diploma, two years of warehouse experience, SAP/WMS familiarity, and a strong safety record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of warehouse experience in a food-manufacturing environment preferred.
• SAP and WMS familiarity is preferred.
• Strong safety record and ability to follow GMP/HACCP guidelines.
• Valid motor vehicle license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand on concrete for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety, sanitation, GMP and HACCP requirements.
• Operate forklift vehicles safely.
• Perform material handling throughout production and warehouse areas.
• Inspect inbound/outbound materials for conformance before loading.
• Perform sample checks on inbound materials as required.
• Assign and store inbound materials.
• Provide raw materials and packaging to internal customers.
• Restock unused materials as needed.
• Complete daily cycle counts per auditing guidelines.
• Report motorized equipment failures before use.
• Support special project needs as necessary.
