Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring for a Forklift Operator to load, unload, and track shipments of raw and finished items. You will keep docks and packaging areas clean, log materials, and support inventory and material allocations on a 2nd shift in the United States.

Benefits start on day one, with options like 401(k), health and other coverage, and education support. Candidates must have at least 6 months forklift experience and pass the required certification test.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Forklift Operator experience.
• Must pass Forklift Certification Test upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Transfer materials to/from production lines as needed.
• Load and log materials on outbound trailers.
• Unload and verify inbound deliveries of materials.
• Clean and organize dock and packaging room daily.
• Maintain allergen segregation as required by Quality Control.
• Assist in physical inventory counts and verifications.
• Notify production and warehouse supervisors of shortages or substitutions.
• Operate forklift and maintain battery levels.
