Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a forklift operator for the palletizing area serving lines 1, 2, and 3. You will be responsible for operating a forklift, preparing pallets, and ensuring proper labeling and handling through the supply chain.

Requirements include a forklift operator certification and 3 months of production experience in the food industry within the last 2 years. This is a 2nd shift role with pay at $17.90 per hour, with normal facility conditions.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certification required.
• 3 months of food industry production experience in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift in palletizing area for lines 1–3.
• Move finished pallets to freezer or shipping dock.
• Configure pallet in EIM system and attach header card.
• Wrap pallet on stretch wrap machine and start.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
