Job summary

Laborup in Mount Juliet, TN is hiring Material Handlers for a modern, air‑conditioned CPG manufacturing facility. You will move materials, stage inventory, and support production across 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts and a 12‑hour option, averaging 42 hours weekly on a 2‑2‑3 schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to move materials and perform physical warehouse work throughout a shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Forklift operation: safely operate a standup forklift to move, stage, and transport materials.
• Receiving and shipping: unload deliveries, verify materials, and load outbound goods.
• Production staging: stage and backstage raw materials to production lines.
• Inventory management: complete daily cycle counts and participate in monthly counts.
• Documentation: complete shift documentation and maintain required charts.
• Safety and GMP: follow safety procedures and GMP for handling materials.
• Housekeeping: keep warehouse and adjacent areas clean and organized.
• Operational efficiency: stay organized to keep materials flowing and minimize downtime.
