Job summary

Gojob is hiring Forklift Operators in Mt. Juliet, TN to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires at least 2 years of forklift and warehouse experience and proficiency with multiple equipment types including sit-down forklifts and EPJ.

The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of lifting, loading, unloading, scanning, and palletizing products while maintaining accurate inventory records. Shifts are 1st and 2nd.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of forklift and warehouse experience.
• Proficient in operating multiple types of material-handling equipment.
• Experience with RF scanners, labeling, sorting, loading, unloading, and palletizing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift and EPJ.

• Label, sort, pack, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Gojob is hiring Forklift Operators in Mt. Juliet, TN.We are seeking an experienced and dependable Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have at least 2 years of forklift and warehouse experience and be proficient in operating multiple types of material-handling equipment, including a sit-down forklift, an electric pallet jack (EPJ), and at least one additional forklift type: cherry picker, dock stocker, reach truck, or stand-up forklift.The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physical warehouse duties, including lifting, loading, unloading, scanning, and palletizing products. Shifts 1st Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm 2nd Shift: 4:00pm-12:30am

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift and electric pallet jack (EPJ).
• Must be able to operate at least one additional type of equipment: cherry picker, dock stocker, reach truck, or stand-up forklift.
• Load, unload, move, and stage products and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Transport, stack, and palletize products while maintaining safe and organized storage areas.
• Use RF scanners to scan, track, and verify inventory and product movement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to operate a sit-down forklift and EPJ, plus at least one of the following: cherry picker, dock stocker, reach truck, or stand-up forklift.
• Experience with RF scanners, labeling, scanning, sorting, loading, unloading, and palletizing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper equipment operation.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 35+ pounds as needed.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive lifting tasks.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to load, unload, move, and handle warehouse materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Work Environment

This position requires working in a warehouse setting with frequent material movement, equipment operation, and physical activity. Operators must follow all safety procedures and maintain awareness of surrounding employees, equipment, and inventory.
