Laborup in Lebanon, Tennessee is seeking Material Handlers to support a growing manufacturing facility. You will move materials, organize inventory, and ensure production teams have supplies. Multiple schedules exist with cross-training and a clear path for promotion within warehouse and production roles.

• Ability to move materials and perform physical warehouse work throughout a shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying materials.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Commitment to workplace safety and keeping work areas organized.

Responsabilités

• Forklift operation: Safely operate a standup forklift to move, stage, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Receiving and shipping: Unload incoming deliveries, verify materials, and load finished goods onto outbound trucks.
• Production staging: Stage and backstage raw materials to production lines to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Inventory management: Complete accurate daily cycle counts and participate in monthly physical inventory counts.
• Documentation: Accurately complete all shift documentation, follow daily standard work, and return required warehouse documents and charts at the end of each shift.
• Safety and GMP compliance: Follow all safety procedures and GMP when handling, storing, and moving materials.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and production support area.
• Operational efficiency: Stay organized and manage time effectively to keep materials flowing and minimize production downtime.
