Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm)

What You Will Do:

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklift, transtacker, and other powered material handling equipment (MHE) to move and stack merchandise, including gasoline and liquefied gas. Remove electric powered MHE equipped with lifting devices such as forklift, boom, scoop, lift beam, swivel hook, fork grapple, clamps, elevating platform, or trailer hitch to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials. May perform Order Filler and Checker duties.

What We Are Looking For:
  • High school education or a GED equivalency preferred.
  • 1 year experience in warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly. Familiarity with MHE is required. Ability to follow safety instructions is crucial. Must be able to shift priorities easily.
  • Responsible work habits. Must meet OSHA and company MHE training and certification requirements. Overtime may be required. Must obtain L’Oréal forklift certification.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to safety and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, responsibility, and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Willingness to travel overnight.
Key Job Accountabilities:
  1. Equipment: Load, unload, move, and stage products using forklifts and other equipment; maintain and inspect equipment daily following safety standards.
  2. Receiving/Putaway: Safely unload inbound shipments and store products appropriately.
  3. Picking: Select and prepare products for production and shipment accurately.
  4. Loading: Safely move products into transportation vehicles.
  5. Quality: Ensure shipments are accurate and damage-free; report variances; maintain cleanliness and security.
  6. Safety & Compliance: Follow safety procedures, maintain records, assist in inventories, and support safety initiatives.
  7. Communication & Value-Add Services: Coordinate with departments; perform labeling, sorting, packing, and special projects as needed.
Working Conditions:

Constant physical movements including reaching, climbing, operating forklifts, using scanning devices, and working in various environments. Must work flexible hours, including overtime, and pass forklift certification tests.
