Job summary

Staff Management | SMX is expanding at a brand-new facility in Muncy, PA and seeks dependable, motivated people to support our client's essential daily operations. We offer full-time positions with Monday–Friday schedules, weekly pay and medical and dental benefits.

Shifts include 1st (7:00am–3:00pm) and 2nd (3:00pm–11:00pm); 2nd shift will train during 1st shift hours through 9/25. Benefits include paid training, direct deposit or cash card pay options, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Move, stage, and handle raw materials, work in process (WIP), finished goods, and product returns to maintain production flow.
• Transport materials between receiving, production, warehouse, and shipping areas.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation procedures, and company policies.
• Assist performing packing, hand packing, rework, inspections, and visual quality checks when requested to ensure manufacturing quality standards are met.
• Assist with line clearances, changeovers, and minor equipment adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Support 5S workplace organization and perform routine lubrication checks under plant technician supervision.
• Follow safety, quality, production and operational procedures while contributing to daily production goals.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.35 - $18.35 per hour.This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.In addition to monetary compensation, we offer medical, dental, vision, life, and more.
