The True Blue Company, LLC is hiring for manufacturing roles at a brand-new facility in Muncy, PA. Shifts include 1st and 2nd, with part-time and full-time options and temporary-to-hire paths. Hourly pay ranges from $17.25 to $18.85, with weekly pay and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tri-Seal production line stations to support safe, efficient manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Perform packing, hand packing, rework, inspections, and visual quality checks to ensure manufacturing quality standards are met.
• Assist with line clearances, changeovers, and minor equipment adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Support 5S workplace organization and perform routine lubrication checks under plant technician supervision.
• Move, stage, and handle raw materials, work in process (WIP), finished goods, and product returns to maintain production flow.
• Follow safety, quality, production and operational procedures while contributing to daily production goals.

Shifts: Monday - Friday (We have multiple 1st shifts available)

• 2nd Shift: 3 pm - 11 pm

Part-time: Schedules may vary between 7 am - 7 pm

• 3 pm - 7 pm

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.25 - $18.85 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
