Job summary

General Mills Buffalo plant seeks a Logistics Technician – Fork Truck Driver to load/unload trucks and railcars, operate the warehouse system, and ensure safety protocols. The role supports 24/7 operations with 1st/2nd/3rd shifts.

Starting pay is $30.15/hour with 2nd/3rd shift differentials; full benefits include paid holidays, vacation, 401(k) match, and medical coverage. Prior forklift experience and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehouse/forklift experience.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts.
• Must communicate in English in workplace.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and railcars safely and efficiently.
• Record metal detector, magnet checks and safety inspections.
• Operate Warehouse Management System and coordinate with Planner/Team Leader.
• Maintain cleanliness of loading areas and equipment.
• Support training of new employees and assist other plant areas.
