• Proven forklift driving experience with a strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to operate forklifts in warehouse and yard settings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with supervisors and production staff.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Capable of handling paperwork for inventory, shipments, and material tracking.
• Frequently lift and transport materials up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload materials from trucks and place them in assigned storage locations.
• Verify and unload incoming shipments of product, packaging, and materials.
• Collect, stage, and prepare product and pallets for shipment to customers and internal sites.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Verify product details including item numbers, product type, and lot codes.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and complete all required shipping documentation.
• Maintain proper records in all required formats.
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the facility.
• Backfill other positions as needed and assist with additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain punctuality and regular attendance.

• Capable of handling paperwork for inventory, shipments, and material tracking
• Frequently lift and transport materials up to 100 lbs. (with or without assistance)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift
• Climb trucks, stairs, or ladders when required for loading/unloading
• Work in outdoor conditions year-round (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
• Strong vision and communication skills to safely identify, move, and track materials
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening as well as a physical test
• Able to provide 2-3 professional recent references
• Able to fluently communicate, write and understand English
