Job summary

IFCO Systems is seeking a dedicated forklift supervisor in McDonough, GA. The role leads the forklift operations team, focusing on safety, inventory management, warehouse organization, product quality, and overall facility efficiency.

The position requires OSHA forklift certification, driver’s license, and 3+ years of sit-down propane forklift experience, plus 2+ years of team leadership. Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• OSHA forklift certification required and safe operation of powered equipment.
• Must maintain a current drivers license.
• At least 3 years of experience operating a sit-down propane forklift.
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without powered equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead forklift operations team and support plant activities.
• Oversee safe transport and loading of pallets to infeed.
• Oversee outfeed staging of clean product.
• Oversee loading/unloading of trailers per procedures.
• Maintain product organization per IFCO guidelines.
• Enforce safety policies for all operators.
• Ensure operator certifications and recertification training.
• Maintain quality, inventory, storage, machine operation and safety.
• Follow GMPs to meet IFCO standards.
• Support future duties/projects as assigned by management.
