Framebridge is seeking an Inventory Associate for day shift in Winchester, VA. This full-time role focuses on forklift-controlled material handling, stocking the production floor, and coordinating material flow to support manufacturing operations.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, report damages, and collaborate with leadership to resolve shortages or quality issues. A safety-focused, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of forklift operator experience or similar role.
• Working knowledge of industrial equipment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated problem-solver with initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Good time-management and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load/unload materials and deliveries.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations and storage.
• Keep production floor stocked and organized; report shortages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and activity logs.
• Coordinate material movement to/d from storage, machines and docks.
• Support continuous safe operations and policy compliance.
