Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Mount Juliet, TN, is seeking a forklift-equipped team member to support inventory control and member service. You will operate a forklift, assist with counts, and ensure efficient, accurate processing of damaged or returned merchandise while upholding club standards.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides members with prompt and courteous service.
• Maintains high standards of safety, service, and sanitation for members and team members.
• Accurately processes damaged or defective merchandise by following appropriate procedures.
• Obtains return authorizations from vendors and processes vendor chargebacks.
• Tracks, plans, coordinates and executes department inventory counts within deadlines.
