Job summary

Palmer Hamilton, LLC is seeking a dependable Warehouse Laborer with forklift operation and RF scanning experience to manage inventory and support safe, efficient warehouse operations.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, work with WMS, and collaborate with a team to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Safety-focused attitude, adherence to OSHA guidelines, and willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and organize materials.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to receive, track, and update inventory in real time.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring products are handled with care and accuracy.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and designated storage areas and equipment.
• Follow safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company guidelines to reduce risk.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments to meet deadlines.
• Assist in identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
