Job summary

Varstaff Staffing is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of materials. You will perform cycle counts and audits in the WMS, operate forklifts and related PIT equipment, and ensure accurate records and safety compliance in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires 2+ years of warehouse experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to overtime (45–55 hours per week). Shift is 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM PST, Monday–Friday, on-site in Kent, WA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations or warehouse experience.
• Experience with inventory counting, receiving, kitting/picking, put-away, packing, and shipping.
• Certified forklift/PIT operation experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow OSHA and PPE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, storage, handling, and shipping of materials.
• Execute physical inventory audits and cycle counts in the WMS.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely to pick, pack, and stage orders.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
