Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to members and maintain high safety, service, and sanitation standards.
• Process damaged or defective merchandise following salvage, donation, vendor return and reverse logistics procedures.
• Obtain vendor return authorizations and manage returns per vendor policies.
• Support department inventory counts and cross-functional count responsibilities to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with safety walks and maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support inventory control and customer service.
