Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support Asset Protection, inventory counts, and returns processing at our Brooksville location.

You will operate a forklift, collaborate across departments, and help ensure a safe, efficient shopping experience for our members with a strong focus on accuracy and timely counts. This role requires early start times and adherence to club standards, safety rules, and count procedures.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with prompt and courteous service while maintaining safety and sanitation.
• Process damaged or defective merchandise following salvage, donation, and vendor policies.
• Obtain return authorizations from vendors and manage vendor chargebacks.
• Conduct daily safety walks and support inventory count teams.
• Wrap sellable merchandise using proper seal and shrink-wrap packaging.
