Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Port Saint Lucie, FL is seeking an Inventory Support Associate to assist the Asset Protection/Inventory Control teams, operate a forklift, and ensure accurate counts and safe handling of merchandise. This position emphasizes speed, accuracy, and member service as part of a large, values-driven team.

You’ll work cross-functionally with departments to complete counts, process returns, and maintain stock integrity, with weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities included.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Maintains high standards of safety, service, and sanitation for members and team members.
• Accurately processes damaged or defective merchandise following salvage/vendor procedures.
• Obtains return authorizations from vendors and processes returns per policy.
• Wraps sellable merchandise using appropriate packaging guidelines.
