Job summary

Lakeside Book Company is hiring a Forklift Hoist Operator in Appleton, WI. This first shift role offers a base of $20/hour with potential incentives of $2–$6/hour for meeting goals, plus comprehensive benefits and daily pay options.

Starting Rate:

$20/hour. Earn additional $2-$6/hour beyond the base wage for meeting or exceeding goals with our performance based incentive program!

Additional incentives:

• $100 safety shoe reimbursement
• Cross training
• Daily pay available

Base Hours:

1st shift, days, 7am-3pm, overtime as needed.

WALK-IN INTERVIEWS at N9234 Lake Park Rd, Appleton 54915. THURSDAY 10/22 & 10/29 3:15pm-4:15pm.

As our Forklift Hoist Operator, you will:

• Operate a picker, turret, forklift, and a walkie rider

No experience necessary! We will provide you with all the training you need to be successful.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of your shift

Qualifications:

• Comfortable with heights up to 30+ feet
• Prior forklift/hoist experience preferred
