Job summary

CHASE Staffing seeks an experienced Forklift/Cherry-Picker Operator for a fast-paced distribution facility in the Lithia Springs area. This temp-to-hire role requires handling heavy items with a cherry-picker and meeting a 2,500-piece weekly quota.

You will work 45–68 hours weekly with shifts often extending 11–14+ hours. RF scanner experience, reliability, and a valid license are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Raymond cherry-picker experience.
• High-volume order-selection experience.
• RF scanner/onboard screen experience.
• Ability to meet a 2,500-piece weekly quota.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Stable, verifiable work history.
• Excellent attendance, accuracy and work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle.
• Steel-toe footwear required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate cherry-picker to pick heavy and bulky items, not light-duty warehouse work.
• Maintain strict accuracy and production standards.
• Be able to work long shifts, often 11–14+ hours.
• Adhere to schedule: Monday–Friday, start 2:00 PM; shifts up to 4:00 PM until orders finished.

• $21 PER HOUR + HEAVY OVERTIME

Our Douglasville office needs experienced Cherry Picker Operators for a fast-paced, high-volume distribution facility. This is not light-duty warehouse work. You will select heavy and bulky merchandise while maintaining strict accuracy and production standards.

Because of the hours, this position cannot be worked alongside another job.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• First day starts at 2:00 PM
• Regular start time: 4:00 PM until orders are finished
• Currently averaging 45–68 hours per week
• Shifts frequently run 11–14+ hours

You must have

• 2+ years of recent Raymond cherry-picker experience
• High-volume order-selection experience
