Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks an experienced machine operator to set up and run power-driven equipment across projects. You will adjust settings to meet specs, follow signals, and position materials safely.

The role requires adherence to safety rules, potential light maintenance, and teamwork to ensure on-time project completion. A background in heavy construction or similar environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and related field experience.
• Ability to read and follow guidelines and procedures.
• Willingness to operate various power-driven equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment per guidelines.
• Adjust machine settings to meet specifications accurately.
• Move levers to control diesel, electric, or steam-powered equipment.
• Interpret hand signals to position materials.
• Assist with lifting and securing materials during installation.
• Perform routine maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Observe safety and project rules at all times.
