Job summary

Towlift is hiring a Forklift Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain industrial equipment at customer sites. You will perform on-site maintenance, prioritize work orders, and ensure quality documentation and safety compliance.

Diagnose breakdowns, operate basic metalworking tools, and provide on-site quotes. Requires 2+ years in a service technician role and a valid driver’s license. Includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a service technician.
• Experience with hydraulics and interpreting schematic diagrams.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Set up and operate metalworking tools to repair parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and replace defective parts.
• Inspect used parts against factory specifications.
• Present repair results and quotes to customers.
• Use the Mobile Service app to close out jobs and collect signatures.
• Provide daily status updates to dispatchers and account managers.
