Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a full-time Forklift Field Service Technician for the Bolingbrook, IL area. The role is first shift, Monday–Friday, hourly wage with a company van and fuel card provided for home use. You will perform preventive maintenance and diagnose/repair forklifts and material handling equipment.

The position requires prior forklift repair experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and own tools. Training programs are available, and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of forklift repair experience required or highly desired.
• Experience with military, guard, or reserve MOS/NEC 63B/63H/63S/63W/63Y/91B/91H/91L/91M is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and own tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Diagnose and repair equipment; complete repairs timely and professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service and accurate paperwork.
