Colonial Group is seeking a full-time Forklift Field Service Technician for our Lansing, MI branch. This is first shift, M - F, and hourly (no flat rate).

A company service van and fuel card are provided for travel; technicians drive the vehicle home. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of forklifts and material handling equipment, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of forklift repair experience is highly desired.
• Experience with field service is preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operate equipment.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive maintenance on customer forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Diagnose and repair customer equipment.
• Complete repairs in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work and manage workloads independently.
• Submit required paperwork accurately.
• Manage company vehicle and on-board parts inventory.
