Job summary

Keefe Group is seeking operations team members for a warehouse and distribution environment in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time position reports to the Operations Manager and operates onsite from 7:00am to 3:45pm, with mandatory overtime as needed.

DailyPay and weekly pay on Thursdays, plus benefits, are provided. The role involves receiving, picking, packing, loading, and inventory tasks across inbound, commissary, and bulk operations with cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of inbound operations.
• Select product for customer orders as part of Commissary (KCN) team.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders on forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory and correct discrepancies using WMS systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
