Job summary

Canadian Executive Search Group is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for our client in Louisville, KY. This is a temp-to-hire position with weekly pay and multiple shifts (B and C). Start date is immediate and opportunities exist for permanent placement.

Applicants must have at least 1 year of forklift experience, be able to operate a sit-down lift, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment. A drug screen and forklift test are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience.
• Must operate a sit-down forklift.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must pass forklift assessment and skills test.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.
• Good attendance and attitude are priorities.
• No felonies within the past 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely ensure loads are delivered to correct destinations.
• Maintain timely and accurate inventory counts.
• Move, stack and organize crates and pallets in warehouse.

Payrate / Shift: WEEKLY PAY

• B Shift: Tuesday - Friday $17.00 hr. (6pm-6am)
• C Shift: Friday - Saturday And Sunday - Monday 17.25 hr. (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently ensure that all loads are delivered to their correct destinations and locations.
• Maintain timely and accurate inventory counts
• Move, stack, and organize crates and pallets of materials for a manufacturing and warehouse environment

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of forklift experience
• Must be able to operate a sit-down lift
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
• Must successfully pass a Forklift Assessment and Skills test.
• Pre-employment Drug Screen is mandatory
• A great attitude/attendance are a priority
• No felonies under 7 years old
