Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Driver for our South Brunswick, NJ distribution center. The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm, with responsibilities including daily hub picks, power equipment handling, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will operate Swing Reach and Reach Truck, use RF scanners, and support a safety-conscious, team-driven warehouse environment. Prior PKMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year forklift experience with Swing Reach, Reach Truck, Order Picker & Dock Stocker.
• At least 6 months’ experience with RF scanners.
• This is an onsite and in office role.
• Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to learn warehouse management system functions (PKMS).
• Ability to read and verify locations and SKU numbers.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily pick for the Hub with the use of our inventory management system.
• Loads and unloads, stacks, and stages products utilizing multiple types of power equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in the warehouse system.
• Ensure organization and housekeeping of aisles and surroundings daily.
• Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company.
• Other duties as instructed.
