Monitors process flow to ensure continuing efficiency and oversees the implementation of process improvements within project scope and budget parameters.Pay: Salary commensurate with experience. Basic Qualifications:* Must possess at least one of the following: B.S. in Mechanical, Agricultural, Biological Engineering from a 4-year accredited university or 10 years of management experience in grain dryer or grain processes related field.* Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.* Must possess working knowledge of computers.* Must be willing and able to travel as needed. Most travel is withing 150-miles radius of main office.* Must be willing and able to bend, stoop, twist, turn, push, pull and crawl throughout the day.* Must be willing and able to ride man-lifts.* Must be willing and able to climb to and work at heights up to 200 feet.* Must be willing and able to work in hot and cold temperatures for long periods of time.* Must be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle.* Must be willing and able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).* Must be willing and able to follow all safety and food safety rules.* Other duties as requested by supervisor.Preferred* Knowledge and use of Microsoft programs, spreadsheets, database, scheduling programs, and familiarity with current drafting software preferred or willing to learn drafting software as needed.We are an Equal Employment/Affirmative Action employer.
