Job Description

Overview

As a team member, the Dry Warehouse Team Member controls the receipt, storage, and use of raw materials in the facility. They prioritize personnel and food safety at all times.

Shift: Monday-Thursday 10:00pm-8:00am, $23.50/hr, with a $1.00 shift differential for hours from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain production needs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor Minors bins/Schick system.
  • Handle bulk ingredient hookups and sign-offs.
  • Unload/load trucks with ingredients.
  • Label and store ingredients properly.
  • Work efficiently at a fast pace.
  • Use computer systems, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Perform cycle counting and monitor inventory levels.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience; warehouse experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to work scheduled hours, including overtime.
  • Proficiency with SAP, RF Gun, and basic arithmetic; capable of completing routine reports and following instructions.
  • Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding instructions, labels, and warnings in English.
  • Experience with OSHA regulations, BRC standards, and warehouse GMPs.
  • Strong inventory management skills, including cycle counting and materials management.
  • Respectful and collaborative interaction with others.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks.
  • Capability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn, teach, and embrace change.
  • Knowledge of sanitation, food handling, and safety practices in manufacturing (preferred).
  • Certification and prior experience operating Standup and Sit-down lifts.
  • Ability to operate battery changers and adhere to PPE protocols around batteries.
