Caleres is hiring a Forklift Driver – 2nd Shift in Chino, CA. Join a fast-paced distribution center that prioritizes safety and work/life balance. You will operate a stand-up reach forklift and move orders through the warehouse.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential, with overtime possible. Shift is 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday–Friday, with a teamwork-focused environment. Requirements: 1–2 years warehouse experience and a forklift certification; ability to lift up to 50 lb;

Forklift Driver – 2nd Shift

Compensation and Hours:

• Starting pay is $21.00 per hour+ $1.50 shift differential

• Potential to earn overtime

• Position will be 2nd shift from 3:00pm- 11:30pm (MON-FRI)

What will you be doing?

• Order Picking: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation

• Meet Safety Standards: Work independently to move product safely and efficiently throughout warehouse.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands.
