Minimum Qualifications

• Must be able to use SAP to log/track inventory movements
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs

Work Schedule:

• Second Shift (2PM – 10:30PM) Monday – Friday, + $1.00 shift differential
• Ability to work all shifts as required by training needs
• Overtime on Saturdays and Sundays as needed

Plant & Community Overview:

• Approximately 300 employees
• Union Plant represented by UFCW Local 705
• Products: Vinegar, BBQ Sauces, Relish, Pickles, Mustard
• The Holland plant, operational since 1897, is one of the company's oldest. Known locally as the “pickle factory,” currently, pickles account for only 5% of production. In 2016, grey poupon mills were installed to produce its iconic mustard.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Unload raw materials from trucks and supply production with materials and ingredients via lift truck
• Remove finished goods from production areas and store appropriately
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Complete observations and training as scheduled
• Support Plant Quality Systems and follow FSQ requirements
• Check equipment before operation and complete daily safety and operating checklists (Electronic)
• Maintain equipment and report damages or repairs needed
• Operate lift equipment carefully to prevent damage and injury
• Deliver stock to proper locations according to plant layout
• Maintain records and perform general upkeep of equipment
• Hand stack and move pallets as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Leader
