UFP Industries in Minnesota is seeking a Forklift Operator I to move material from inventory to production and back, ensuring accurate paperwork and production records are maintained according to the schedule.
You will transfer materials between stations, band, wrap and label finished goods, and keep the inventory yard organized while supporting production with timely material availability. The role emphasizes safety, daily pre-shift checks, and adherence to company policies.

Hourly 20.00-22.00 dependent on experience* *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
Bonus/Incentive Pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
