Job summary

Reach Logistics, a Pattern company, is seeking an on-site forklift operator to support our global warehouse network. You will load, unload, and move materials between storage areas and trucks, while maintaining accurate inventory records.

The role requires a valid forklift certification, a safe driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will perform daily safety checks and help ensure all operations comply with federal and state regulations to keep our facilities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification and a clean safety record.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and related equipment to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and report issues to a supervisor.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and securing products for transport.
• Follow all safety policies and state/federal regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• - Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials to and from designated storage areas.
• - Conduct daily safety inspections of the forklift, reporting any mechanical issues or damages to a supervisor immediately.
• - Perform inventory-related tasks, including cycle counts, scanning products, and ensuring accurate placement and rotation of stock.
• - Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring that all products are secured properly to prevent damage during transit.
• - Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations, to maintain a safe and orderly work environment.

Qualifications

• - High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• - Valid forklift operator certification and a clean safety record.
• - Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• - Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• - Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and problem-solving skills.
