Job summary

Reach Logistics, a Pattern company, is hiring for a forklift-focused role in Kentucky. You will operate forklifts, perform inspections, manage stock, and assist with truck loading while maintaining safety and accuracy.

This on-site position supports our growing warehousing network across Hebron Estates and surrounding areas. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid forklift certification, and at least one year of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift certification and a clean safety record.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
• Conduct daily forklift safety inspections and report issues immediately.
• Perform inventory tasks including cycle counts and stock rotation.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and securing goods for transport.
• Follow all safety policies and federal/state regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials to and from designated storage areas.

• Conduct daily safety inspections of the forklift, reporting any mechanical issues or damages to a supervisor immediately.

• Perform inventory-related tasks, including cycle counts, scanning products, and ensuring accurate placement and rotation of stock.

• Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring that all products are secured properly to prevent damage during transit.

• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations, to maintain a safe and orderly work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Valid forklift operator certification and a clean safety record.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands

• Manual Dexterity: Typing or otherwise working primarily with hands or fingers in an office environment.

• Sedentary work: Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects, including computers, papers, and other general office equipment.

• Seeing: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
