Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking a Forklift Driver to operate forklifts and support outdoor loading/unloading activities. You will move products in and out of the shop, load delivery trucks, and help inventory placement.

The role reports to the Yard Supervisor and involves collaboration with yard, production, and office teams daily. We value safety, accuracy, and reliability as you handle various equipment and keep work areas clean.

Qualifications

• Experience operating various forklift types.
• Ability to pass safety training.
• Commitment to safe, efficient loading and inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Select and operate the appropriate forklift for loading, unloading, and stacking.
• Move products between the shop, yard, and trucks while following safety policies.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and keep work areas organized and clean.
• Assist production and yard teams and coordinate with drivers and vendors as needed.

Reporting to our Yard Supervisor, you’ll collaborate with the yard, production, and office teams, and interact with truck drivers and vendors.

A Highlight Of Your Day To Day Will Include

• Choosing and utilizing the proper forklift, based on weight, to load, unload, transport, and stack material in appropriate areas.
• Operating forklift in production areas in a safe manner, always abiding by the speed limits and safety policies.
• Moving finished products and supplies from departments to yard or to trucks for loading.
• Completing daily forklift inspections and keeping work areas organized and clean.
